Here at Purripaw, our customer’s (and their cats’) satisfaction is our highest priority!

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns at this time unless there was an issue with your order.

If there was an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to get everything sorted as soon as possible!

We will offer refunds or send a replacement if any items were damaged or missing.

You have 30 days from the date you received the item to reach out for a refund or replacement.
